The countdown follows the organizer’s saved opening time. The booking button appears once the server confirms reservations are open. If the schedule is unavailable, check back here.
The right AMA membership
Have the selected racer’s AMA card or digital membership details handy. The member’s name, date of birth and membership number must match.
Know your complete length
Measure your entire footprint: RV, trailer, awning, tow vehicle and pit area. Choose a space that fits. Up to two spaces per rider.

AZ Open requires membership valid through December 31, 2026, inclusive. This is later than the race weekend. Renew first if your membership expires before that date.

Four steps to your camping spot
Create your account
Sign in or create an account, verify your email, and complete the adult account-holder details. Add or select the racer whose AMA membership qualifies the booking.
Check AMA ahead of time
Use the pre-check above to catch membership or identity issues. For a child racer, the adult uses their guardian-managed rider and the child’s membership.
Check availability when you are ready
Use the Book camping button above when the server confirms reservations are open. Complete the setup questions, accept the campground rules and choose available numbered spaces.
Finish checkout and confirm
Complete payment before the displayed hold deadline. Check your saved booking for paid confirmation and keep your confirmation code and QR ready for arrival.

A little help before you arrive
Does a successful AMA check save my spot?
No. It checks membership only. Spaces depend on availability when booking opens. Membership is checked again when booking.
Do I need a separate account for my child?
The adult account holder selects their child’s guardian-managed rider profile. Use the child’s AMA membership. Bike setup and race entry are not required just to book camping.
What should I have ready?
Your verified account email, the selected racer’s name and date of birth as recorded by AMA, their AMA membership number and card details, complete setup length, and payment method.
What if the countdown reaches zero but no booking button appears?
The page checks the live opening status. Wait for confirmation or refresh when your connection returns. A paused or unavailable schedule does not allow new reservations.
Where are the campground rules and booking details?
Review the rules and current terms during booking, including the no-refund policy, setup fit and checkout deadline. Your account shows saved purchases and available changes.
Where are my saved spaces, passes and receipts?
Open Camping for assigned spaces and booking actions, Passes for the original check-in pass, and Orders & receipts for purchase records. Check the correct event and rider.

Refresh and open the original saved booking. Check payment status and assigned spaces before trying another payment. If the details do not agree, contact registration staff with the event and order information.
