FAMILIES · ONE RIDER, THE RIGHT ACCESS

Parents lead. Kids stay connected.

A login belongs to the person signing in. A rider profile belongs to the racer. Keeping those separate protects your family’s access and keeps race history together.

  1. Parent or legal guardian: start with your own account. Verify your email and complete account-holder setup with your own legal name and birthday. Add the child’s name and birthday to their rider profile, not to your adult login.
  2. Connect existing history before creating another rider. Open Connect a Rider and check the name, birthday and race history. Choose the parent/legal guardian relationship only when it applies. If the rider is already claimed, missing or incorrect, ask registration staff for help instead of creating a duplicate or claiming someone else’s history.
  3. Child: use a separate login. Enter the child’s own details in account-holder setup and provide the parent or legal guardian’s contact information. Choose “Save and send parent approval link.” Keep the adult’s password private.
  4. Adult: review the invitation. Open the approval email and sign in with the same email address the invitation was sent to. Complete adult account-holder setup if requested. Select the one correct rider, check the identity carefully, confirm your parent/legal guardian relationship, then choose “Approve access to this rider.” If no matching rider appears, create or connect the child’s rider in your adult account and reopen the link.
  5. Child: sign back in to view that rider. Approval gives access to the selected rider, not the rest of the family. The adult still controls entries, releases, payments and protected changes.

Account approval is not an event release. The adult must still review the event’s requirements, submit the entry and complete the required releases and check-in steps.

Create your login, verify your email, and complete the one-time account-holder setup.

Entering for a child? Read the parent, guardian and child-access steps. Adult approval gives the child access to one rider; the adult still handles entries and releases.

Recorded with sample riders and event details in the updated layout. Demo passes cannot be used for check-in. Follow your event’s current prices and requirements.

Read the steps
  1. Ready to enter a race? Start at Race Conductor dot com and choose Log In or Sign Up.
  2. If you already have an account, enter your email and password, then choose Sign in.
  3. New here? In Create an account, enter your name, email, and a new password. Use the email connected to your previous racing records so we can find your existing rider.
  4. Keep the verification page open, check your inbox, and enter the newest code. Check spam or use Resend code if needed.
  5. Next, complete the one time account setup. Who is signing in means the person controlling this login.
  6. Enter your own legal name, birthday, and mobile number. A parent creating a household account enters their information here, not their child’s. This does not overwrite a racer profile.
  7. If the login belongs to a minor, follow the parent or legal guardian approval prompts. An adult must approve and manage the account before race entry.
  8. Save the account holder information to continue.
  9. Once you are signed in and setup is complete, use the account navigation: Enter a Race, My Riders, My Entries, and My Results.
  10. Next, connect your existing rider or create a profile if you are a new racer.
