Returning Saturday Motocross racers should activate their existing rider profile. After email verification, open the profile activation page.
Find the correct rider name in the list. Only activate yourself, or a minor for whom you are the parent or legal guardian.
Choose Myself for your own adult profile. A parent or legal guardian chooses My child for their minor rider. Other adult riders need their own accounts.
Confirm that this is the correct rider. Then tap the Activate rider profile button. Verifying your email alone does not finish rider activation.
Your rider is now linked to your account. Open Review and complete profile. If the rider is missing or the email is old, contact ACP registration instead of making a duplicate.

Complete rider details and skill level
Check rider information, emergency contacts, and your correct classification.
Open My Riders, then choose the rider you want to update. Each person who races has a separate rider profile.
Review the rider name and date of birth carefully. The system uses age when checking class eligibility, so correct details matter.
Complete the rider contact information. Here, we update a fictional phone number. Review the address, city, state, and postal code as well.
Enter an emergency contact, their phone number, and how they are related to the rider. Check these details before moving on.
This sample rider is saved as Novice. Use your correct classification, and confirm with ACP if you are unsure. Changing a field does not itself mean staff approved you.
Review the remaining required details, including the gender field used for class eligibility. Then tap Save rider. Next, we will add a bike to this profile.

Add your bikes
Save each motorcycle’s race number, manufacturer, engine, and model.
Inside your rider profile, scroll to My bikes. Save each motorcycle with its own number and details, so you can choose the right bike for each class.
Tap Add another bike. Enter the race number for that motorcycle. Our fictional example uses number two eighteen.
Open the bike brand picker and choose the manufacturer. We are adding a KTM to this sample profile.
Enter the engine size, then choose the matching engine type. For this example, the bike is a 125 cc, two stroke.
Enter the exact bike model. This example is a KTM 125 SX. The transponder field is optional here. Check in staff handle the final transponder assignment.
Tap Save rider to keep the bike details. Reopen the profile to confirm both bikes are saved. During registration, choose a saved bike separately for each class.

Choose classes and bikes
Choose eligible classes and match each entry to the right motorcycle.
Check the event and date, then choose the correct rider. This is a training event with example prices, not a live race entry.
Tap Continue to classes. The app uses the rider age and saved skill level to filter choices. Our sample profile is already set to Novice.
An unavailable class has an explanation. Open it and read the reason. Do not change skill level just to unlock a class. Ask ACP if your classification needs correction.
Select the class that matches your rider. Then choose the correct saved bike. Here, the 250 Novice class uses the Yamaha YZ250F.
For another class, search again and select it. Match that class to the correct motorcycle. Here, 125 Novice uses the saved KTM 125 SX.
Review each class, race number, and bike. Then tap Review and sign. Selecting a class still leaves the entry subject to staff eligibility and paperwork review.

Submit your entry and use your QR pass
Review and sign your entry, save your pass, and prepare for check-in.
Check your rider, selected classes, and total. Prices and payment options depend on the event. This demo does not charge money or create a real entry.
Read the entry release before agreeing. Acknowledge the separate ACP paperwork and the online information notice. This short tutorial is not a substitute for reading those documents.
Choose who is signing. An adult rider signs personally. A minor needs a parent or legal guardian. Type the full legal name and confirm the electronic signature.
Read the separate media release, select its acknowledgement, and use the same full legal name for the media signature. Then tap Sign and submit entry.
After Entry received, save your QR pass. This training pass is deliberately not scannable. Follow any checkout instructions; an entry receipt alone is not proof of payment.
You can find the pass again under My entries. Keep the real QR image or five digit code ready on your phone, and save a screenshot before leaving home.
At racer check in, show staff your pass. Bring the separate required ACP forms. Staff review payment and paperwork, assign the transponder, and complete check in. A QR code alone does not clear you to race.
